Inside this precious box you'll find all the ingredients carefully measured to prepare an iconic recipe created by the great chef Tommaso Arrigoni.
This recipe is an aristocratic reinterpretation of the traditional pasta with pesto. Embellished with a noble ingredient such as the black summer truffle, this dish gives the palate sparkling and fruity notes thanks to the use of currants and olive seeds.
The Meal Kit is the result of a collaboration with the Massimo Zero pasta factory, which produces a gluten-free pasta with an authentic, true, pure taste, made with the best corn and rice flours, mixed with water and Merano air, to offer a superior quality product, genuine and above all delicious.
The kit consists of:
- Gluten Free Pappardelle 250 gr.
- Pesto alla Genovese 1 jar (20 gr.)
- Black Summer Truffle 1 sachet (3.5 gr.)
- Black currant 1 jar (15 gr.)
- 1 jar olive seeds (25 gr.)
- 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 vials (5x12 ml.)
