For every surfer, every wave is precious, and it's the same for turtles. For both, their journey begins with a wave and continues between the waves. For the turtle it is a feat to be born, to reproduce, to catch the first wave that will finally take it from the shoreline to the sea. And even once it's at sea it may not be safe due to the upheaval that man has brought to the Earth. The relationship between man and nature is at the heart of the artist's project. Entering into relationship with the world through travel and discovery, a destination without borders in the deep blue.

Filipe Casiraghi is a Milanese photographer born in 1990. He lives and breathes photography by exploring different sectors: reportage, commercial and portraiture.
