Spend three luxurious nights in the historical Champagne region in a stunning and elegant Chateau. Located just a short forty-five-minute fast train ride, or two hours by car, from Paris.
Enjoy an incredible and exclusive ‘make your own Champagne’ workshop at one of the most prestigious Champagne houses. Your experience includes a lesson in training your nose, with some aroma exercises, and understanding the blending process, all while tasting vin clairs. You will then have the opportunity to blend champagne and create your own unique blend, with the guidance of the cellar master and owner of the Maison. Your special blend will then be ready for the second fermentation process that results in those famous fine bubbles. This riddling and disgorgement process takes a minimum of fifteen months of ageing in the cellars. Once your personalized champagne is ready, the thirty-six bottles split between four guests, will then be sent to your home. A great way to reminisce about this incredible and exclusive experience.
Head to the city of Reims, known as the City of Kings, where you will dine at one-star Michelin restaurant, Le Foch. The elaborate cuisine, which follows the seasons and arrivals of the best products on the market, is sure to please even the most sophisticated palate. Their remarkable wine list and topnotch service will complement this unforgettable evening out.
The stunning northeastern region of France has more to offer than wine, it is also known for its chocolatiers, cathedrals, palaces, and picturesque landscapes. You can also visit the birthplace of Dom Pèrignon. As you continue to explore this country you will be sure to fall in love with all its beauty!
