Team Emilia Romagna jersey, race version from the 2021 season.

Emilia Romagna has web ambassadors on bikes, they're the guys from the #inEmiliaRomagna Cycling Team who, from March to October, take part in the Under 23 road cycling races.
The young team members were born in Bologna, Rimini, Guastalla, Faenza, Nontantola and Cesena. They all comment on their races and sporting experienc on their social media profiles, as well as discussing their territory and its flavors, their favorite places and their most beautiful memories, promoting Emilia Romagna in a new way to give voice to the area in an original way - a case study for Europe and the world. The Team also has ex cyclist Michele Coppolillo as its Sporting Director, a professional cyclist from 1991 to 2001 with the Italbonifica-Navigare team.

Several team members have signed the shirt on the front, making it a unique collector's item. Among the autographs is that of Emanuele Tarozzi, star of the Imola Elite Championship (15th place) who will race for Bardiani-Csf Faizanè next season.

The Cause

BOF is an association based in Imola in the province of Bologna. Imola is known worldwide for its racetrack which has hosted international sporting events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix or concerts of well-known musical groups / singers worldwide.

This year, in addition to what has just been described, the association also wants to support the "NeverGiveUp Memorial Nicola Ussia". This project was born in 2015 from the family's desire to remember the father Nicola, who died in 2009 from a heart attack. The aim of NeverGiveUp is to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases prevention. Every year the association organizes a fundraising event. Thanks to the money collected during the event, 7 defibrillators were donated to local Sports Associations and Educational Institutes.

However, due to the CoronaVirus pandemic, the 6th NeverGiveUp Memorial Nicola Ussia will not be able to take place in June. Nonetheless, thanks to the support of the BOF Association, a new initiative was conceived: a charity auction of sports memorabilia whose proceeds will be destined for the "Spesa Solidale" and the purchase of a new defibrillator.
