This auction is for a pair of Converse High-Tops worn and autographed by Dan Smith of Bastille.
Bastille (BΔSTILLE) are a British indie pop band formed in 2010. The group started out as a solo project by singer Dan Smith, and later became a band. The four-piece consists of Dan Smith Chris Wood, Will Farquarson, and Kyle Simmons. The band have sold over 8 million records.
Bastille have been Small Steps Project supporters since 2013.
This year Dan has generously donated a pair of his iconic white Converse in a size 12 to Small Steps Project. They are signed on the side of the right shoe "Dan, sorry these are so dirty"
"These shoes have been worn by us at a bunch of gigs and shows around the world, and we're pleased to be donating them to Small Steps Project in order to try and help children who have no shoes at all.”
Bastille played a storming set at this year's Glastonbury Festival, performing on the Other Stage.
Dan Smith has personally donated these shoes in support of Small Steps Project.
