Take home this red Portuguese national football team home shirt, version from a 2004 season friendly match, for SS Lazio former defender Fernando Manuel Silva Couto, known as Fernando Couto.
The shirt was donated by former footballer Marco Fortin. The item comes from Fortin's private collection and he received it as a gift from the player or swapped it at the end of a match.
Couto has signed the shirt on the back, making it a unique collector's item.
