Champion's International Boxing Federation mini belt signed by American former boxer George Foreman.
Born in Marshall on January 10, 1949, Big George was one of the greatest boxers in history. He occupies 8th place in the ranking of the largest heavyweights ever, according to the International Boxing Research Organization.
Foreman enjoyed an outstanding career - which lasted from 1969 to 1977 and from 1987 to 1997 - during which he was twice the world heavyweight champion.
He came to the world of boxing after a troubled youth, winning the Olympic gold medal in the heavyweight category in Mexico City in 1968. He became a professional fighter the following year, immediately establishing himself as one of the most feared opponents in his category and in 1973 he won the world title, easily dethroning the undefeated undisputed champion Joe Frazier. He then defended the title twice and his first defeat as a professional came with the dramatic Rumble in the Jungle against Muhammad Ali.
Mini size (57cm Long).
