VESTA is the first restaurant of the new Italian restaurant group Triple Sea Food.
Strategically located at number 1A in Via Fiori Chiari, the restaurant was designed by the architect Stefano Belingardi Clusoni, who was able to create a space where the rational architecture of the building is counterpointed by elements of contemporary interior design and customized accessories, capable of giving uniqueness and character to the interiors and the external dehors overlooking the church of San Carpoforo - former temple of the vestal virgins which inspired the name of the restaurant.
Inaugurated in September 2022, VESTA offers a menu focused on fish dishes that draw inspiration from great Italian and Mediterranean tradition, paying particular attention to seasonality and using only the highest quality ingredients.
The exhaustive wine list offers a real journey through Italian and international excellences, where prestigious reserves and Grand Cru are accompanied by more niche but no less refined products.
The gift voucher can be used on the day and at the time most convenient for you, after checking availability by calling the restaurant.
