Your 3 night visit to Rome includes an exceptional Art experience - watching and learning about the restoration of Caravaggio's paintings.

The experience begins in the Sant' Agostino Church in Rome where you will be able to see Caravaggio's 'Pilgrim's Madonna' painting, restored in 2000. You will be able to learn about the painting, the restoration and conservation process from the restorers themselves.. You will discover some secrets of Caravaggio's masterpieces and his methods. The restorers will show you other pieces of art which are in the process of being restored and you can watch the restorers at work using ancient as well as scientific methods.

As well as this you will be able to see exclusive images of the restoration of three Caravaggio paintings the studio has restored. Your visit includes an Italian aperitif of wine or prosecco where you can get to spend more time with the restorers and ask any questions you may have.

Your stay will be at the elegant and stunning 5* hotel Palazzo Ripetta in the centre of Rome.
