A 16”x20” custom framed photo of Springsteen receiving the Medal of Freedom from President Obama.

President Barack Obama awarded 21 Presidential Medals of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor, with Bruce Springsteen and Diana Ross among the 2016 recipients.

Medals are presented to individuals who have contributed to “the security or national interests of the United States, to world peace or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors,” according to the White House. Springsteen’s contributions were described as being intrinsic to defining American values: “The stories he has told, in lyrics and epic live concert performances, have helped shape American music and have challenged us to realize the American dream.”

Jamsz Konnections is a 501c3 nonprofit event planning company created to offer a new innovative and exciting way of thinking about fundraising. We support our clients and help them manage their events. We also partner with 501c3 nonprofits that are aligned with our mission by coordinating events on their behalf through collaboration and partnership.

Vision: That we manage events that are fun, educational and engaging which will serve for the greater good and build stronger communities.
