Vintage wine is not to be considered as a product to be tasted, but as an emotion to give that brings with it the memories of a past time.
It is first and foremost a collector's work, with high antiques value and only later, if you are lucky, a wine to taste.

All vintage wines in general are subject to a multitude of variables that condition aging with the passing of time so as not to guarantee their drinkability, the only way to understand if they is still drinkable is to uncork them.

Ruby red in color, this wine has a characteristic perfume reminiscent of violet and is very dry and balanced in flavor. Excellent with risotto and white meats; suitable with mushrooms and polenta and stewed fish dishes. It is preferably drunk young.

Cavit (Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino) is a cooperative that brings together 11 Trentino wineries with 5,250 associated winegrowers. Today Cavit gathers, examines and selects the raw materials produced by the associated wineries, overseeing each phase from refinement to bottling, in respect of the environment.
