The passion of Pier Toffoletti for painting began in his youth and led him to become a great artist. He has been a part of  many international exhibitions, including those held in Stockholm, Seoul, Amsterdam and Singapore in 2015 and London and Hong Kong in 2016. In June of 2015, he exhibited in Milan in Palazzo dei Giureconsulti within the EXPO MILAN circuit. In 2014, his work was at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Lucca. In 2012, he exhibited at Art Basel Miami, and in 2011 at the 54th Venice Biennale.

He has participated in more than 200 solo and group exhibitions, including the 2008 exhibition at the Correr Museum in Venice, the Senate Palace in Milan and OPEN XI at the Venice Lido. In 2004, he exhibited in Miami at the Consulate of Italy in Coral Gables and the Art Center in Lincoln Road. He's had numerous shows in important art fairs—including Madrid, New York, Yokohama, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Innsbruck and Strasbourg. Many of his works are in private collections and public institutions in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Japan, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United States of America and so on.
