Bo Jackson is a professional American football and baseball player, and is one of the only athletes in history to be named an All-Star in both sports. Jackson began his athletic career playing college football for the Auburn Tigers before continuing on to compete in the NFL for the Los Angeles Raiders. After a hip injury ended his football career, Jackson went on to play Major League Baseball for the Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox and the California Angles. Jackson was awarded the Heisman trophy when he attended and played for Auburn University, and was also inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1996.
