The diameter of the egg is between 2.5 and 3mm . The colour of caviar is a gray matrix, from pearl gray to gunmetal gray. The caviar has a fine and elegant flavour.

The exclusive caviar ADAMAS is produced in the Natural Park of the Tormo River in the province of Cremona . The Cause

La Fondazione Marco Pantani ONLUS è stata costituita nel 2004 a seguito della tragica scomparsa di Marco.
Dopo la sua morte, i genitori sono venuti a conoscenza che il proprio figlio, ogni anno, donava delle ingenti somme di denaro ad Enti preposti all’accoglienza ed alla cura delle persone con problemi mentali, motori od economici, ma soprattutto ai bambini.

In un mondo dove spesso i più deboli vengono abbandonati ed emarginati, noi ci impegniamo a migliorarne l'integrazione e l'ambiente in cui vivono, mediante un diretto sostegno economico e la diffusione di quei valori che hanno caratterizzato la vita di Marco, quali la lealtà, lo spirito di sacrificio, il rispetto per il prossimo, ed utilizzando come veicolo atti allo scopo, l'attività sportiva e gli eventi culturali.
E’ nostro immanente dovere continuare per lui, per le sue volontà di uomo generoso e artista, per l’oceano di emozioni che ci ha regalato e che il tempo non potrà mai cancellare.
