Take home this green Italy national football team third shirt, version used for the match against Greece in the Euro 2020 qualifiers, for Juventus winger Federico Bernardeschi.
The game was played on October 12, 2019 at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome and ended in a 2-0 win to Italy thanks to goals by Jorginho and Federico Bernardeschi. These two goals sealed Italy's qualification for the next European competition.
Italy played in a new, third green kit. The ‘Renaissance’ strip marks a new era for the Italian national team as a new generation of players are taking on an important role in the team.
With motifs inspired by the fabrics and acrhitecture of the Renaissane, the green strip evokes the green kit worn by Italy during their 2-0 victory against Argentina in December 1954 at the Olympic Stadium in Rome.
recognises the new generation of Italy players coming through and also the national team’s 2-0 win against Argentina at the Olimpico in 1954 – the only time they have previously worn green.
