The Prize

Win the artwork by the artist Bernard Aubertin

Burned matches on canvas. 2010. The dimensions are 35x35 cm.

Bernard Aubertin, born in 1934 in Fontenay-aux-Roses, is one of the greatest artists of the postwar European avant-garde. His conception of art is radicalized by the encounter, in 1957, with Yves Klein, where his creative process with the creation of his famous monochrome canvases began. His conception of painting is metaphysical.

He was also the greatest French exponent of the "Group Zero" in Düsseldorf which collected authors like Heinz Mack, Otto Piene and Günther Uecker. Always appreciated by critics and most refined collectors, Aubertin has exploded in the market in the years after 2010, when his works began to be present in large international auctions.

There is a certificate of authenticity.
