This lot is a red Encore electric guitar, autographed in gold sharpie pen on the body by Adam "MCA" Yaunch and Mike D, and on the scratchplate in blue sharpie pen by Ad-Rock of The Beastie Boys.

The Beastie Boys were an American hip-hop group composed of Michael "Mike D" Diamond, Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz, and Adam "MCA" Yauch. They formed the group in 1981 and released their debut album "Licensed to Ill" in 1986, which was the first rap album to reach number one on the Billboard 200 chart.

They were known for their unique style that blended elements of hip-hop, punk rock, and funk music.
