The Prize

On the occasion of the Olympic Games, Barbie, Italia Teams and EA7 Emporio Armani together to celebrate Italian Team Women Athletes and to support FIAGOP, Italian Federation of Childhood Cancer’s Parents and Survivors Ornizations.
Fiagop's mission is to guarantee children and young adults suffering with cancers and leukemia the right to be healed and a good quality of life.

This outfit, inspired by Giorgio Armani's GOLF from the 80’s, sees Barbie wearing a bomber with little eagles on their sleeves and the inscription GOLF on the back, which is also to be seen on the blue navy sweatshirt.
The up to the knee trousers have a tartan print with blue navy, green, beige and fuchsia details, representing the collaboration between Barbie and Armani.
Part of the look are also the white fringed shoes with blue details, the socks with contrasting stripes, the blue pvc visor and the EA7 bag with 3 little golf clubs.

Every piece is unique and represents an exclusive capsule, a theme dear to all the involved brands. EA7 is also a Partner of the italian paralympic committee, whilst in the past years Barbie has focused on new models in order to promote diversity and inclusion. This Barbie is tall and has asian origins.

The Cause

FIAGOP Italian Federation of Parents and Survivors’ Oncological Organizations.

Our mission is to guarantee to children, adolescents and young adults with childhood cancers the access to cure and a good quality of life during treatments and through the parents’ organizations to support their families.

FIAGOP was founded in 1995 with the goal to create synergies between the associations and guarantee an institutional representation, not only on a national but also on international level, in public and private institutions. The purpose is to improve and strengthen the services in the field of the italian pediatric oncohematology, to guarantee children and young adults suffering from tumors or leukemia their right to health and good quality of life, and to support their families.

FIAGOP is an active member and cofounder of CCI Europe, the european division of Childhood Cancer International, a worldwide organization made of 177 associations and federations from 90 countries.

FIAGOP organizes every year:
● International Childhood Cancer Day (ICCD) on February 15th - www.giornatamondialecancroinfantile.it
● September, for the international pediatric oncology month, one week of events to raise awareness - www.accendidoro.it
● Every year, the football event “Winners Cup”, to which young adults between 14 and 25 years old from different hospitals all around Italy and Europe participate, organized in collaboration with CSI Committee of Milan, AIEOP, Italian Association for pediatric oncohematology, and with the support of Pirelli and Internet FC.

For the first time this 26th of September the charity run IO CORRO PER LORO to support european research against childhood cancer.
