The Prize

"Andy 01" by Tommy De Falco.

Technique: Mixed technique on wood
Dimensions: 120 x 90 cm

Tommy De Falco started out as an Art Director for major Milan-based advertising agencies, but soon his passion for art and his innate creative talent led him to focus his career on painting. As an artist he has focussed on motoring art for over a decade, placing him in the Olympus of the most important Italian neo-pop artists.

He has exhibited his works in the most important international artistic hubs: Milan, Paris, Innsbruck and Montecarlo, leading him to develop a great interest in pop art and street art. This contamination has in turn given rise to the new series of works entitled "Social Vanity". The collection is the celebration of the greatest fantasy and cinema icons, with many references to pop culture.

Alongside the main theme of each single work there is a fun play on cross-relations to be discovered.

Each subject requires a long process that involves the use of various materials including stencils, spray paint, fluorescent paints and newspapers, as well as freehand painting. Everything is meticulously studied by the artist in order to represent the characters in a desecrating and captivating way.

The purchase of unique items through an auction house requires careful evaluation by the buyer. We invite you to personally examine all the information and material at your disposal, including our returns policy, before proceeding with purchase.
