Spend 2 days in Turin, the city of taste and coffee, and discover a sneak preview of the amazing new Lavazza Museum. Also enjoy a 360° gastronomic experience at the newest Ristorante Condividere, born from an idea of Ferran Adrià and managed by Chef Federico Zanasi.

The experience includes:

Overnight stay for 1-night, in a suite with a panoramic view of Mole Antonelliana in a 4-star hotel in the very heart of Turin. Breakfast included.
Guests will also be treated to a surprise gift in their room – a Lavazza A Modo Mio Tiny Toiletpaper Special Edition coffee maker signed by the company’s President Mr. Alberto Lavazza. A set of Puraforma coffee cups, E-spoons by Davide Oldani and a supply of Lavazza A Mode Mio coffee capsules are also included;
Saturday evening dinner at Ristorante Condividere. The dinner includes the experience of the tasting menu with wines pairing recommended by our sommelier;
Sunday lunch at the Michelin-starred Ristorante Del Cambio in the city centre. The lunch consists of tasting menu with wines pairing;
Entrance and guided tour at Lavazza Museum, on Saturday or Sunday, according to preferences, to be communicated at the booking;
Guided tour of the city of Turin, with stops and visits of the cafes, historical venues of the city (about 2 hours), on Saturday or Sunday, according to preferences, to be communicated at the booking.

The Cause

GLUT1 deficiency syndrome is a rare genetic disease caused by mutations in the SLC2A1 gene. This gene provides instructions for producing a protein called the glucose transporter protein type 1 (GLUT1). It is responsible for transporting glucose to the brain. When the brain is deprived of its main source of fuel, brain development and functioning are affected. Patients suffer from epileptic seizures, motor disorders and cognitive defects.

The Associazione Italiana GLUT1 Onlus is committed to helping all those affected by this disease.

Your contribution is very important to us because it allows us to carry on supporting scientific research projects. These projects are the only means for giving us hope that in the future there will be a definitive cure to this disease.
