Serie A League football skillfully decorated by the artist Mr. Savethewall, aka Pierpaolo Perretta and member of Deodato Arte, personalized on the sidelines of the Meazza Stadium on May 23, during the Integration Heroes charity match.

THE ARTIST

Pierpaolo Perretta, aka Mr. Savethewall is an Italian artist originally from Como.

Mr. Savethewall was not born an artist. In fact, he began his career as an important manager, in a world that was far from art. Moved by his boundless passion for art and, in particular, street art, he decided to devote himself full time to this new activity. In 2013, he left his job to fully express his vision of the world and society through art. Mr. Savethewall proves to be a different kind of street artist. He is against defacing walls and instead he chooses to carry out his murals on easily removable adhesive tape. He also uses recyclable and low environmental impact materials. His art name fully expresses his desire to protect urban decor.

The work was created through the artist's techniques and visions. The ball, used during the Integration Heroes match, was covered with concrete and is meant to represent the wall. On the ball, the cast of a hand represents the values ​​of the event: inclusion, integration, union.

The hand comes from the inside, from the heart of the ball, to break the wall and spring forth with bright colors.

The ball comes in a display case made by 𝔊𝔞𝔦𝔫 ℭ𝔲𝔰𝔱𝔬𝔪. Transparent case and a black base which can be turned on to illuminate the ball inside.
