A unique experience: a tasting menu for two people at Bolle Reastaurant Lallio (BG)!

This is not a simple dinner but tasting at the Chef Table for a "special" menu created according to the tastes of the guests and those of the chef: the guests will interact with the kitchen team and will play a starring role. In fact, they will be involved in the preparation of the restaurant's flagship dish: tomato risotto!

Bolle is a huge pot in which we place the best ingredients, meticulously sourced and selected, which slowly come together to create the sublime.

It is a restaurant that places great importance on how order, side-lighting and the combination of almost completely unprocessed materials create an environment where at the height of spatial transformation, one can enjoy the utmost in the culinary expression of ingredients that become emotions.

Cuisine and architecture share a search for balance, contrast and proportion. Both have deep-set roots in the past and in tradition, yet look to the future.

The Cause

CESVI Foundation is a secular and independent humanitarian organization founded in Bergamo in 1985.

For almost 40 years, it has brought the heart, generosity and industriousness of Italians to emergencies and to the poorest places in the world through projects to fight hunger and major pandemics, for the protection of people and the environment.

CESVI acts by providing tools and skills so that the populations helped can then be architects of their own future.

Awarded three times with the Budget Oscar for transparency, it is part of the European network Alliance2015.
