This auction is for an original pencil drawing by Spanish surrealist painter Salvador Dali, 'Les Trois Graces': The Three Graces, 1957. This work was a present from Dali to a friend, Captain Moore. Upon Moore's death the piece went to J. Foret who was Dali's business secretary. Foret was fired for stealing money and then set up a museum with some of the artwork that he owned, called the Pero Moore Museum in Cadac. The museum has since closed.
The work contains a Pero Moore stamp and a Certificate of Authenticity from Robert and Nicholas Descharnes.
Its dimensions are 79x98.5 cm.
