Dame Barbara Windsor is an English actress best known for her appearance in the Carry On films and for playing Peggy Mitchell in the BBC One soap opera EastEnders. She was made a Dame in the 2016 Honors List for Services to Charity and Entertainment.

Dame Barbara is a much-loved British icon who has used her position to promote many worthy causes and to generate funds for a large number of charities.

The Cause
