The Prize

Enjoy 1 week on Sir Richard Branson's private island in Australia.

Makepeace Island was sensitively developed within the coastal wilderness of the Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The secluded 25-acre heart-shaped island has been created to luxuriously accommodate and entertain castaways.

Your experience includes 7 nights for 10 people on the island with exclusive use of all accommodation types—including Sir Richard Branson's own private ten-bedroom villa. Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner will be prepared by an executive chef, and a general manager will host a pre-dinner cocktail party.

Full use of all the island activities and facilities is at your disposal. Planned activities include: a VIP "Executive Chef Cooking Class" for all guests, one sunset lake cruise on the island aircraft carrier barge—complete with brazier and lounges—and a gourmet picnic on the secluded Northshore beaches.

Your stay comes complete with daily servicing of the island, unlimited river transfers to and from the island to nearby beaches and transfers to and from the airport (limited to 2 arrivals and 2 departures).

Global Unity Foundation produces the annual City Gala held on the evening of the Academy Awards in Hollywood. City Gala assists start-up non-profit organizations founded by visionary community leaders solving the global grand challenges that we face.
