• How long does delivery take?

  CharityStars strives to deliver items within 2-4 weeks of payment.

  However, it may take more than 4 weeks, if the package has to go through customs or if the country from which the order comes has public holidays.

• Can the lots be shipped abroad?

  All lots can generally be shipped abroad, except the State of Florida, according to international rules and regulations.

• What is the "tracking" code?

  As soon as the auction item leaves our offices, the winner will receive an email with the tracking code and mention of the courier used. Through the tracking service of the relevant courier it is possible to follow the shipment of the package to its destination using an international online tracking system.

• How to use the online tracking tool?

  Here's how to use the code on the courier tracking page:

  1. Consult the page of the courier used to ship the order
  2. Find the tracking section
  3. In the tracking number(s) box, enter your tracking code.
  4. Click on the track button to locate your item
• What happens if my order has been returned to the sender?

  If the lot cannot be delivered to the indicated shipping address and must be returned to the sender, it is CharityStars' responsibility to verify what has happened with the customer and the courier. The customer is obliged to pay for the second shipment if the error was made by the customer himself, for example if he provided an incorrect address or refused to receive the order.
