My Ability is an assessment and career guidance project for people with disabilities or mental illness, allowing them to test their skills with activities in organic farming or external employment activities for training purposes.
The aim of the project is to train and develop skills that allow people in disadvantaged conditions to prepare for the world of work, allowing them to grow, mature and build their own future.
