• The tickets will be transferred by e-mail to the winner, which will also contain instructions on how to download the "UEFA TICKETS" APP to your phone and where you will have to enter the personal details of the three participants.
  For access to the Stadium, the tickets will have to be presented via the APP (they will therefore not be on paper) together with their ID.
• There will be no refunds whatsoever in the event of non-participation, except in the event that an event - is cancelled definitively by the organising body by means of an official communication. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid by the Customer shall be made.
• In the event that an official event is officially postponed by the organising body to a date within 5 years of the indicated date, the participation certificates shall remain valid even if the event is held at a venue other than the original one; in this case, no refund will be issued.
