This Easter, masters Ernst Knam and Daniele Rossi have outdone themselves: they have decided to work together on an Easter egg made from delicious chocolate, to support a charitable cause.

The master chocolatier Ernst Knam - who has always supported the foundation - and his colleague and chef Daniele Rossi aren't holding back with their contribution to the TOG Together to Go Foundation.

They will both put their experience and names to the TOG egg. So don't miss the unique opportunity to make Knam and Rossi's egg your own.

The egg is made with one half in Peru Pachiza 70% dark chocolate and frizzy pazzy, brushed on the outside with cocoa butter in a variety of shades and with the other half in white chocolate and crispy raspberry decorated with colored cocoa butter. The egg is 36.6 cm tall and weighs 4 kg.

You will also have the opportunity to pick up the egg at the Ernst Knam pastry shop, and to meet the master who will be pleased to have his photograph taken with you.

The experience is valid for two people and the date will be agreed between the parties, from 15 April 2023.

The Knam pastry shop is in Via Augusto Anfossi, 10 in Milan, Italy.
