The Prize
The winner of this auction will have the incredible opportunity, along with a friend, to meet the champion Valentino Rossi in Monza, Italy.
Valentino will hand over to the winner his "Il Laureato" replica helmet and will autograph it in person with a special dedication. This helmet went down in history when Rossi wore it for the Italian Grand Prix won in 2005, a fundamental part of winning the seventh world title of his career.
It is truly a one-of-a-kind helmet personalized to celebrate another important moment in Valentino's life. On May 31, 2005 the Sociology Department at the Carlo Bo University of Urbino awarded the champion the honorary degree in Communications and Advertising for Organizations.
The winner and guest will also be able to have their picture taken and bring other objects to be signed.
The entire experience is valid for two people and will be held at Monza, Italy on Wednesday, November 29th or Thursday, November 30th (date to be agreed upon). The auction will be updated with the exact date and times in the next few days.
