Here’s your chance to enjoy an in-home private training session from EMS Concierge!

EMS stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation, and this is a high intensity whole-body workout based on EMS, using low frequency electrical impulses to stimulate muscles that are often ignored by conventional training methods. During an EMS training session, all big groups of muscles are stimulated including underlying muscles. This is why despite its short duration, EMS is as effective as several hours of traditional strength training.

Bid now for your chance to have one of EMS’ certified trainers come to your home and take you through a 20-minute workout (usually priced at $180) that is equivalent to a 4-hr workout at the gym.

Proceeds from this auction enable A little Rescue to expand its mission of rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals in need; as well as continue to expand its Emergency Fund.

Please note: Winner must sign a waiver prior to commencing the session, certifying that they do not have any conditions that make them ineligible for the workout or that may require a doctor’s note before proceeding. This experience will take place in Los Angeles, CA on a mutually agreeable date. No travel or accommodation will be provided for the winner. Following the auction’s close, winner will be contacted with additional details about booking their appointment. This experience is valid until October 25, 2024.

A little Rescue’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, & rehome animals who would otherwise end up without the love and compassion they so greatly deserve. Our empathetic, loyal and dedicated team identifies the needs of horses and livestock in critical need of medical attention and loving care. When animals arrive at A little Rescue, they have been neglected and abused in incomprehensible ways. Most often, the animals come from deplorable conditions, with their spirits broken and their health compromised.

Our ranch has been described as a safe place of healing. Our goal is to give every single horse the best life possible, and we have an endless reservoir of unconditional love and determination for the animals we serve. We are committed to gaining their trust, as we care for them until they are ready to start their new lives. We help them build strength and resilience, as they find their true soul mates and forever homes. We are the voices for their incredible souls.
