A future of joy and hope for Indian women

CARE TO ACTION is an Italian non-governmental organisation that has been working in India since 1991 with programmes to support children, women and vulnerable and marginalised communities.
Every year it guarantees more than 1,000 children and young people access to quality education, also promoting the right to university education and integration into the world of work.
It supports women by offering paths to micro-entrepreneurship and providing training and work tools to help them achieve economic and social independence. It also works with local communities to promote sustainable economic and social development.

Working alongside Indian women, who are often invisible and victims of discrimination, means giving them concrete opportunities for growth and autonomy. They are mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, and their impact on the lives of those around them is enormous.
CARE TO ACTION, thanks to its donors and through the international cooperation projects it implements, supports women's empowerment by promoting education, rights awareness and economic independence.
