Save the Children, the international organization that has been fighting for over 100 years to save boys and girls at risk and guarantee them a future, has been carrying out the Stop the war on children campaign since 2019, to say enough to the suffering that millions of them they are forced to suffer in countries at war.

Children are under attack. They do not cause or start wars, but it is undeniable that they are the most vulnerable victims, they risk being injured, killed, kidnapped, abused. And those responsible often go unpunished.

Right now in the world, more than 449 million of them live in a conflict zone. And the situation is destined to worsen as hostilities continue in Ukraine and in other countries such as the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Israel, Yemen, Syria and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Surviving is just the beginning for children living in countries at war.
