These are solely the seller's responsibility and risk. Unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, CharityStars is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the sale. CharityStars does not provide eviction warranties, as the sale is expressly at the buyer's risk. Consumer protection laws do not apply to your purchases from private sellers.
