L’espressione del gusto Ruinart
Fondata il 1° Settembre 1729, Ruinart è la più antica Maison de Champagne. Il vitigno Chardonnay è l’anima della Maison Ruinart, il filo conduttore che accomuna tutti i suoi Champagne. Presente in proporzioni elevate in tutte le Cuvée, quest’uva dà vita a vini luminosi e intensi con una leggerezza unica e una grande freschezza aromatica.
«R» De Ruinart si presenta elegante e fruttato, offrendo un’armoniosa combinazione di rotondità e un finale persistente.
ASSEMBLAGGIO: 40% Chardonnay, 49% Pinot Noir e 11% Meunier di varie annate (dal 20 al 25% proveniente da vini di riserva dei 2 anni precedenti).
NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE: brillante e limpido di colore giallo con riflessi dorati. Vino fine, fresco e fruttato con un attacco al palato molto deciso.
