I Ronchi Experience:
From the top of the hill where the Torre Rosazza estate is situated, you can enjoy a birds eye view of the Eastern Hills of Friuli. The nearby maritime and alpine landscapes are crucial to the development of the characteristics of Torre Rosazza wines. The Ronchi - 80 hectares of terraced vineyards - together with the climate of these areas contribute to the international prestige of the best Friulian wines. On these terraces the vineyards extend their roots into a "ponca", consisting of marl and sandstone, which provides the savory elements to the wines from these areas. Right in the center of the terraces is the splendid Palazzo de Marchi, a 16th century residence richly frescoed and restored to its original splendor with restoration completed in 2019. At its foot are the cellars, dug into the hill, where the Torre Rosazza grapes metamorphosize to become great wines. During the tasting you will have the chance to savor a variety of wines from the estate and discover many aspects of the territory and its winemaking culture.
