Con una freschezza inaspettata per un anno che ha avuto l'estate più calda dal 1961, il Grand Vintage Rosé 2015 è una storia di caldo intenso e siccità, ma anche di luce irresistibile.
ASSEMBLAGGIO: 52% Pinot Noir (di cui il 14% di vini rossi), 27% Chardonnay e 21% Meunier.
NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE: un bouquet nero e speziato. Un palato potente e sfaccettato. Il frutto è concentrato, scuro e profondo.
I tannini creano angoli, rivelando sfaccettature simili a quelle di una gemma grezza. Il finale è rinfrescato dall’asprezza golosa di prugnole e mirtilli rossi con note di menta e anice.
