Open for over 50 years, Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia is known both for its cuisine and its interior decorating by Paolo Ferrari - a site-specific, artistic-architectural project. The two long-time owners have learned how to steep the restaurant in a story that still lingers even today under the guidance of their daughter Stefania.

The Grand Chefs Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini have brought together a cooking style faithful to traditions, but renewed with unimaginable flavors. The food has been prepared following ancient and modern techniques that make the varieties and complexities of Italian culture, art and nature emerge.

Aimo's first commandment: the freshness of raw materials. Second: Seasonality of fresh ingredients. Third: their being grown in Italy. He has infinite knowledge about every ingredient, as long as it belongs to native Italian culinary history. At Aimo e Nadia's you will not find Mediterranean sushi, or strawberry or coffee risotto.
