Once a fortified farmhouse, Il Melograno emerges among the colors and perfumes of a large flowering garden in extraordinary harmony with the surrounding territory, rich in history and artistical interest. Its architectural style is typical of the Apulian countryside: a robust, simple, traditional structure built out of stone walls painted with white lime or cocciopesto (lime mortar with crushed pottery).
