WelfareGeneraAzioni Community building prevents poverty.

#genera_azioni is a community welfare project born in 2016 thanks to the program “welfare in action” by Fondazione Cariplo, active in a south-est rural area of the Brescia departement, including a population of 66,750 inhabitants.

The project aims to support citizens in fragility, offering community solutions. It has activated 6 "community points" on the territory, open places where people can ask for help or offer their own resources and time.

Furthermore, the project also provides some specific measures for:

- accompanying citizens in their reintegration, with laboratories for skills and internships in the company;
- support in the problems related to living, with funds for rented rents and solidal co-living;
- offer skills and paths for teenagers, to make them active citizens of their territory;
- finance citizens' ideas that benefit their communities with new solutions or new offers.
