Una Storia Felice

"Una Storia Felice" was inspired by Emanuele, a child born with a rare genetic illness that led to his death when he was just 2 and a half years old. We then decided to raise awareness about diversity (physical, psychological, ethnic, social and cultural) by promoting new strategies to create integration; to promote the biopsychosocial wealth of people affected by illnesses, especially disabled children; to encourage the cooperation among different institutions that work with disabled children; to create inclusive playgrounds where normal and disabled children play together; and to raise funds for research.

Our first project is to build an inclusive playground in Scoppito, Italy, where every kid can play. To do this, we need 35,000 euros because, unfortunately, these types of playground equipment are still very expensive.
