Spazza Apnea

We're freedivers, the sea is our second home.

We're used to picking up floating bags or litter found on the seabed during our dives. Many of us are also take part in freediving competitions.

Spazzapnea was founded as a real competition of waste collection in free diving.

In 2018 the first edition was held in Genoa.

In 2019 it became an official WWF and Apnea Academy event and Spazzapnea was organized simultaneously in 6 Italian cities.

And Spazzapnea does not end there. It continues all year round: every time we dive, we clean up our beloved sea.
