Kiwanis Club Firenze

With the Eliminate project, Kiwanis International and UNICEF are collaborating in order to eliminate maternal and newborn tetanus, a severe illness that kills 49,000 kids and many women every year. 

We are about to reach our goal of raising 110 million USD to eliminate the illness in every country in the world. Up to February 2016, we rased 107 million USD. While we are about to reach our goal, Kiwanis International aims to raise the last funds missing. Club and members will then increase the enthusiasm for the final rush. 

Now more than ever, we are determined to finish what we have started. Moms and kids in 20 countries are depending on us. They wait for our funds to buy vaccines to save lives and protect their future. Eliminating this illness will increase the health conditions of many families.
