The Prize

Win the historical green home shirt of ASSE Saint'Etienne, worn by the French phenomenon Michel Platini during a match of the Ligue 1 of season 1981/82

1982 was Platini's last year in the green shirt before his historical transfer to the Juventus FC: once in Italy, he was nominated one of the best footballers in the world.

Platini, together with Johan Cruijff and Marco Van Basten, is the footballer who's won the highest amount of Ballon d'Or (assigned by France Football), three, as well as the only one to win them consecutively. Moreover, he was recognised by many football influencers, as the most representative French football player of the XXth century, before Zinédine Zidan and Raymond Kopa.

During his period with Les Verts, between 1979 and 1982, Le Roi collected 145 appearances and scored 82 goals, fundamental for the conquest of the French Championship.

The shirt presents match marks on the collar and the sleeves, which makes this memorabilia even more unique.

Characteristics:

- Green home long-sleeved shirt;
- Won by Michel Platini;
- Synthetic whool;
- ASSE Saint'Etienne's emblem embroidered on the chest;
- Sponsor Coq Sportif;
- Match marks;
- Number applied in flock;
- 9

Best Memorabilia has decided to donate this shirt to support Gigi Ghirotti Onlus. 10% of the proceeds will be given to charity.
