Win this Kristalia chair in natural leather processed by Presot, producer of shoe soles for the most important Italian designers since 1933.

Bartoli Design has made full use of Presot's experience in both the high fashion and nautical sectors. Their know-how in using a tie-rod mechanism for keeping leather taut has been applied to the leather slings of the chair that would otherwise naturally give as the leather softens over time. This very timely project arrives when such themes as craftsmanship, Italian manufacturing, and ecological production are at the center of attention for those who create, produce and communicate design in Italy. Besides reflecting these trends, it tells a spontaneous, typically Italian story: that of a prized encounter between a company seeking out new business ideas, the talent of a designer, and the know-how of a producer. Bartoli Design even develops architectural projects and works in interior design and urban planning.

The famous tattoo artist Emanuela Bello tattooed the designs onto the chair during the Treviso Comic Book Festival.

The Cause
