A snooker que signed by Steve Davis OBE.

Davis is an English retired professional snooker player from Plumstead, London. He is known for dominating the sport during the 1980s when he won the World Championship six times and was ranked world number one for seven consecutive seasons, he is remembered particularly for contesting the 1985 World Championship final with Dennis Taylor, the black-ball conclusion of which attracted a record 18.5 million British viewers. He is a well known public figure and is generally viewed by his peers as one of the greatest players of all time.

Since its inception in 2008 by Quintessentially co-founder and Chairman, Ben Elliot, Quintessentially Foundation has raised over £10 million for Charities partners through the continued and loyal support of Quintessentially Members and donors.

Now in its 5th year, ‘The World’s Greatest Quiz Night’ has raised over £180,000 in aid of Dimbleby Cancer Care to support people living with cancer in the UK. Through its support centre at Guy’s Cancer Centre, its research arm and its new online resource www.cancercaremap.org, the charity provides practical and psychological support for patients and their families and carers.
