ASD BasketArtisti, in collaboration with Nazionale Cantanti and Heartfulness Italia, has created Take Care Your Doc, a solidarity project to support doctors and health personnel working the Covid19 departments of hospitals in many Italian cities.

To date, thanks to this project, more than 1500 hot pizzas have been delivered to the staff of the hospitals in Milan (Sacco, Fiera, San Carlo), Rome (Spallanzani, San Giovanni), Naples (Cardarelli, Monaldi, Cotugno), Florence ( Careggi), Pesaro, Lido di Camaiore (Versilia), Garbagnate (Salvini), Mantua (Poma), Pisa (Cisanello) and Livorno (Riuniti).

The small gestures they make are so appreciated and this prompted ASD BasketArtisti to launch another initiative called "Sunday Lunch". Those who work in these departments work almost inhumane hours and no longer know the difference between a holiday and a weekday, and it's been a long time since they enjoyed a family lunch. ASD BasketArtisti aims to offer a bit of the atmosphere of Sunday lunch by making a main dish cooked by the chefs of the famous Italian restaurants, points of reference for tourists who visit Italy.

In addition to providing food and drinks, free online sessions of mental relaxation with specialized trainers are offered to health personnel to combat severe stress and taxis are provided (in partnership with Radio Taxi 6969) when the tiredness is too much to drive home.
