ADMO Emilia Romagna ONLUS is the only charity in Italy that looks for bone marrow donors. More precisely, ADMO Emilia Romagna ONLUS increases awereness through providing information about the donation and the effect of the transplant on the sick person who receives it. The charity also collects information about donors and supports all the institutions who deal with bone marrow transplants through donations in order to let them buy equipment and hire specialized staff. All the donations will support 6000 new applications to the Italian register of marrow donors—one application costs about 38 euros.
