Fondazione Carnevale di Viareggio

The Viareggio Carnival is 144 years old and is one of the most spectacular italian events that explore Italian artistic and organizational skills. Since 1987 the Fondazione Carnevale has been in charge of organizing the event. 

Today, The Viareggio Carnival, is even more important. Every year, on the Tuesday before the carninval, one of the main Italian TV channels broadcasts all the best decorations and the most spectacular part of the carnival. Every year, a lot of important visitors, like politicians, athletes and showmen come to Viareggio to attend this amazing event. The Viareggio Carnival lasts one month long, organizing many parties during the days and nights.
