The Cause

Newcastle United Foundation's mission is "to use the local passion for football to encourage learning and promote healthy, active lifestyles that will make a real difference to the lives of 50,000 disadvantaged children, young people and families across Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Northumberland."

With their work, they aim to promote active and healthy lifestyles, particularly in disadvantaged communities; inspire children to learn and help young people reach their potential; and to engage young people in constructive activities that build safe, strong communities.

They do this by using the Newcastle United brand to engage, inspire and motivate.
